i attended PermissionlessIV by Blockworks last week to gauge the lay of the land of crypto. 

here are some high-level observations i resonate with:

1. future of blockchain is omni chains;
2. prediction market has found product-market fit;
3. solving MEV problem is the holy grail of building new blockchains;
4. crypto x AI is HOT;
5. DeFi is still fundamentally popular and manifesting composability;
6. Devs enthusiasm is super strong in the industry yet trad-fi institutions presence is lacking;
7. Regularity clarity in the US is in dire need.
