I have done a lot but my back is kinda jacked so I have to modify my exercises.

Phase 1, then phase 2 a few years later 😅 

I'm technically disabled as of last Month when I retired from the military... (I have other fusions as well)

I have to do a lot of modifications to my physical therapy...as referenced in the pictures below that's my back. I also have arthrodesis of the big toe joint (metatarsophalangeal joint).

@atlas you are a physical therapist.

Please provide a beginner routine of yoga with a few exercises that I should do daily.
