Recipe for quick sausages in dough. 🌠Ingredients: Ready—made puff pastry - 500 g Sausages — 10-12 pcs. Egg — 1 pc. (for greasing) Cheese (optional) — 50 g Preparation: 1) Dough preparation: Defrost the dough at room temperature. Roll it out slightly to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Cut into strips 1.5–2 cm wide. 2) Sausage preparation: Peel the sausages from the shell. If you are using cheese, make an incision along each sausage and put some grated cheese inside. 3) Product formation: Wrap each sausage with a strip of dough in a spiral, slightly overlapping. The edges of the sausages may peek out a little. 4) Baking: Place the blanks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly beat the egg and lubricate the surface of the products with it. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy your meal, kids! 😀
