What do you think about political parties receiving donations in crypto, given the transparency concerns?

I plan on reporting on this very subject and am seeking the @farcaster community’s insights into this article and responsible crypto political finance.

crypto today is quite transparent. def moreso than the PAC system in the US. itd be prudent for gov to embrace better, cheaper, more decentralized payment rails.

parties will need to require some form of kyc for proper attribution, and they can easily return donations from unknown wallets
