It's a really tough question someone raised on Instagram. Basically, it’s about a city that relies heavily on Mexican workers, history, and culture. But then, it's also targeting and punishing those same Mexican people. It's pointing out a kind of hypocrisy and asking how that could possibly happen. A tricky situation, for sure.
