Over the past month, we hosted the inaugural World Builder Residency at Edge Esmeralda, an immersive co-living and co-building sprint for devs, creators, and founders building tools for a more human digital future. ✨ In partnership with @worldcoin, these builders experimented with World ID, World Chain, and MiniKit — testing apps with live users at Edge Esmeralda. The goal? Prototype social tools, civic infra, and AI interfaces rooted in identity and community. $15k in bounties were awarded to the following standout projects: 🥇 h011yw00d by Rahilla Zafar & Anubhav - AI storytelling that turns posts into cinematic scenes. 🥈 Alpha Cards by @colton - Onchain lore meets collectible card game. 🥉 Yours Truly by Cooper Wrenn - Robot-written letters powered by World ID. Big thanks to everyone, whether on the ground at Edge Esmeralda or supporting from afar, who helped bring this residency to life.
