But let’s be for real, in the history of “calm down” has anyone ever truly calmed down? The statement only tend to aggravate the person more lol…this is just my observation. Has anyone ever noticed it too?

Truth is that word is used at the wrong time. Don't use calm down when someone is obviously angry. It will only make things worse especially when the person feels cheated..
