Boy dinner tonight: six (6) air-fried chicken thighs, salt, pepper, garlic, hot sauce

Lowkey overcooked them because I wasn’t paying attention but shoutout to chicken thighs for being one of the most forgiving proteins to cook of all time

Totally agree, chicken thighs got way oversold because of that diet culture even though they taste 100x better and the macros really aren’t that different (esp skinless)

💯agreed chicken thighs are the best to cook at home. my recent theory is America became obsessed with chicken breasts thanks to the diet culture in the 2000s due to the lower fat content
