had such a lovely sunday dinner at via carota in nyc with my friend @goodtimegoose !! first course : insalata verde & grilled artichokes w/ aioli second course : svizzerina (hand chopped grass fed steak) & meyer lemon risotto third course : tiramisu & strawberries w/ mascarpone martinis & wine 🤌🏻 everything was so fresh and delicious. service was incredible. walked in and only had to wait ~ 1 hour sunday evening

Wow an hour isn't bad at all for Via Carota (probably helps that everyone is just getting back to the city tonight) Their salad and grilled artichokes are so good. Been meaning to try the svizzerina, what'd you think? Also welcome to Farcaster @goodtimegoose, love the handle!

agreed and it was a beautiful night to walk around while we waited scizzerina was cooked perfectly - nice sear on the outside & rare in the middle. loved the garlic and rosemary. great to share
