Day 4: glutes-focused legs Started today off feeling a little stiff (in my muscles, perverts) so spent some time stretching which felt good Then went on to crush some leg press, calf raises, and RDLs (note to self: need to get straps, grip was struggling a bit) Happy Thursday ↑
