an idea I wholeheartedly believe in is the need for more crypto native coaches would say therapists, but I don't think that's accurate would have to be someone who understands that there are pursuits you need to be delusional about succeeding at, a trad therapist wouldn't be a good fit does anything like this exist?

No because I nobody values human centered work in this nuthouse. Therapists are 100k in debt already. It would be thankless unpaid or underpaid work. The need is there but I would not recommend
