perhaps culture fit is even more important in web3? the last few minutes reminds me of all the people getting hired in web3 who have to unlearn web2 habits. & wouldn't it be more productive to hire those who didn't have to?

I'd say maybe it's one small factor, but it's hard to find great people, so if you have a great person, go with them and let them learn and grow as needed.
