There are times when I really don’t want to be disturbed, and other times when I actually need the distraction because it’s the only way to stop overthinking everything that’s bothering me. It really depends on the people around me. Right now, I’m in a phase where I’m just going through the emotions, mainly so no one starts asking what’s wrong, because honestly, I don’t even know the answer myself.
