Yeah, it’s a zucchini ripieno — stuffed and gratinated with cheese. I actually cooked it myself! Been learning to cook everything from scratch because my girlfriend has Crohn’s and has had an ileostomy for 5 years. So I’ve really had to dive deep into cooking that works for her.
