Really? It's the same for everyone in Kansai👀 Hiroshima has yakisoba inside. Have you seen monjayaki more often than okonomiyaki?

Ah, is Kyoto the same as Osaka? Aren't the layering styles different from hiroshima too (stack vs mix)? When I was a little boy, we had exchange students mostly from hiroshima, so that was the okonomiyaki I grew up with :)

Ohhh! I have never had Hiroshimayaki. I only know this Kansai style. I have only had monjayaki once😂 Oishiyo!!
