(at the risk of sounding like a jerk but genuinely curious cause I'm ignorant when it comes to longer races) Do they separate the pros? 37th overall is amazing but I would have guessed such a big event would have a faster field.

hahaha great question. tbh i was shocked when I found out I finished 37th overall - i think the field just wasn't that competitive because it's a newer race and a lot of elites were running London or had just run Boston. I'm running the NYRR Brooklyn Half next month and expect that one to have a much faster field
