Yeah it’s pretty wild how much it adds up. 

There’s a good reason @jake has been doing a phone experiment to significantly drop screen time 

The world needs a /mindfulness wake up call to be a bit more intentional with phone usage (myself included)

Thats so depressing when you think of it 😂
