We haven’t figured out a repeatable value prop. 

For some people it’s the people. That’s doesn’t scale.

For some people it’s make money. But that’s not consistent enough for every user.

Here’s how I’d fix the onboarding experience which is the biggest gating factor for successful DAUs:

- Offer discovery of starter packs based on objective. Ex. If they’re an artist looking for more exposure / patrons, look here. 

- This should be one of a few steps for a New User Onboarding flow  with a proper Getting Started doc

- Invest in Product Marketing positioning for why build on FC protocol or better yet buy Neynar.

- Invest in Tutorial videos for different audiences (101, 201, 301) based on experience levels 

- Meet users where they are at intake curiosity, monetization, project collaboration, along with what you can do on WC you can’t elsewhere (service differentiators)

- Pay WC maxis as city guides for real life customer onboarding. OGs historically have helped noobs but without any formal direction.
