makes sense. besides the museums there isn't much to do there so it's not the place for younger people. the appeal for families is you get affordable homes with decent access to a lot of diverse parts of LA. Surrounded by BH, Korea town, the Grove, Melrose, Culver City, etc. also, since moving back to CA and needing to get in the car for everything I also find myself staying within my bubble way more than I did in NYC 🥲
