Procrastination is misunderstood I think procrastination gets bad reputation — When in fact I think it is your way of telling yourself that you are doing something that you need to do, but it’s not the thing that you think it is. Usually procrastination is a way to feel like you’re not doing something that you’re supposed to be doing and anxiety breeds or you just do something else because you don’t want to do it – that thing that you need to do. What if being yourself up that you’re procrastinating is inherently wrong framing. What if you’re procrastinating because you need other things in your life that you currently don’t have there’s nothing to do with the thing that you need to do That? I’m trying to be clear procrastination frames it as you’re not good enough because you’re not doing the thing that you need to do it’s a problem to be solved. What if it’s a signal? What if it’s a signal that your body and your orange and your soul Are saying let’s do this other thing too it doesn’t mean that you can’t do the thing that you should be doing it’s just I wanna do this other thing too What’s even crazier, is what if you followed it? And let it run things? And what’s even crazier is what if you can do the things that you should be able to do and the things that come out of following that signal that we call procrastination, or its cousin boredom Procrastination is your internal signal for doing creative things, being labeled as something bad when in fact it can be something good
