THE DAY I TRIED TO ADULT EPISODE 1 – Cooking Disaster I decided today I would adult properly. Step 1: Cook something edible. I put on my apron like a pro chef. Step 2: Boil water. Easy, right? Five minutes later, my smoke detector started singing. Apparently, “water” + “instant noodles” + “me not paying attention” = smoke. I waved a towel frantically, pretending I knew what I was doing. The smoke detector judged me. I could feel it. Step 3: Add seasoning. I grabbed the chili powder… and somehow sneezed mid-pour. Now my noodles looked like a crime scene. Step 4: Taste test. My tongue immediately filed a formal complaint. "What is this madness?" it said. Cliffhanger / engagement: I glanced at the fridge for backup… and it stared back at me.
