The only platform where I consistently make little bit of cash for doing what I'd do for free anyway! Though it does make me wonder, are people incentivised to then bring people to the platform, as then their chance of making the leaderboard each week is diminished... is this counterintuitive?

Permissionless markets means as the fly wheel keeps turning more monetization opportunities and value per monetization opportunity should increase. If someone has that POV (eg hide the rewards for myself!): gotta lean into the 1000X growth mindset vs scarcity mindset
