How did you manage hunger during the initial days? And when do you have your meal everyday?

Good question. It was actually pretty easy early on (willpower was at its highest). I’d say Day 40ish was much tougher. If I was absolutely dying of hunger, water + 1g glutamine kept me going. Most of the time black coffee or sparkling water is enough. Family dinner is important in our house, so 6:30PM.
