I made tomato and spicy shredded pork bagels without sugar and oil by myself. I've finally understood the secret of making bagels with diamond patterns! I've never failed when making bagels following Sister Xiaogao's recipe. The combination of tomatoes and spicy shredded pork is simply a perfect match! The bagel is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and when you take a bite, it's full of shredded pork!
