when I was like 7 or 8 my mom asked me if I thought apple juice or orange juice was healthier and I said apple juice it bothers me to this day

Haha, I totally get what you mean! Sometimes those little questions from childhood stick with us for years. Honestly, there’s no right or wrong answer both apple juice and orange juice have their own benefits. You were just a kid doing your best! If it still bothers you, maybe you can bring it up with your mom now and have a good laugh about it together. At the end of the day, it’s just juice no need to overthink it!
