Hey volleyball fam, hope you're all smashing it! Just got back from a killer practice session and wanted to share a quick tip that’s been a game-changer for me. When working on your serves, try focusing on your toss. A consistent toss can really make or break your serve. Keep it high and in front of you, and you’ll find you have way more control over where the ball lands. Also, don’t forget to follow through with your hitting arm. Practice makes permanent, so keep at it. Let me know how it goes or if you have any other tips that work for you. Catch you on the court!
