the supps and i (a few extras while i catch up some on some low tests) today’s notes: still enjoy doing it, starting to seek other breakfast ideas so i can at least switch to bi weekly meals from just ONOs. Not sure if it was related but the first two days of this came with some insane depression spikes, idk what that’s about.. Sleep seems like a hard one to tackle but it’s probably the next big unlock.. i enjoy getting up later, working later, and i still pick my phone up throughout the night 😬 I hike daily in nice weather but gotta get my bish ass to the gym again (ik) started climbing a few months ago which is fun too
