I’d concur on Nipon front, here’s why: 

- Street food is super oishi (🍙 is fav)

- Bar fare is best drunk food (itzakaya) 

- Seasonal dishes are dope (kaiseki)

- A5 BBQ with high carbon charcoal

- Black Garlic Tonkatsu is best ramen 

- Conveyor belt sushi is insanely good 

- Moshi and tea snacks are dank
