when i first saw some of the higgsfield commercials, i thought it was fake. in a "too good to be true" kind of way. but turns out it's actually pretty good.
sure, it's not perfect every single time, but it makes some pretty solid attempts.
it takes a lot of credits to use the real shit though, so it hurts when things don't come out right. you can't just throw prompts at it and hope for the best because you're gonna miss most of the shots — you gotta think things through a bit. work on your elements and prompts.
anyway, pretty gud tech.
they just rolled out an after effects plugin, which i'm pretty excited to try. feels like the kind of thing that could help close the gap between an "obviously ai-generated" video and one that's good enough that you stop thinking about how it was made.
