I'm 27 years old. It's always been a dream of mine to bulk up. Do you think the gym is useless at work? My work schedule is 5/2 from 9 to 18h imposes its imprint. I came to a disappointing conclusion - going to the gym at work with a de facto rationed schedule is useless. If I go to the gym every day after work and work out hard, will I be able to get the shape I need to get to those cubes? I have heard from many people that in order to achieve the desired result, you need to literally live in the gym. And it is even better to work in it as a trainer. You can work out and work. Lafa, not a position. Where to find time for all this? So there is no point?
