I get it. Those 200k bot scam accounts ruined FIDdom for everyone who was after them. 

From what Linda, Dan etc have said, the token issuers choose. They typically use public data.  Are wallets active, did people sell airdrops previously when getting them, do they fit their target environment. Probably limitations on how many to distribute to

There were ~200,000 FIDs created by a script when FC went “open” at the end of 2023

My FID is 214447 which is a bit after that huge gulf of inactive bot accounts created, which took up 200k FIDs

See the lack of blue casts from that group of accounts all created in automatic fashion

Strictly unfair and insensitive thing you typed. What do you mean, “200k bot scam.” I thought farcaster is a safe place I could be at, but you and the lots just keep proving me wrong.
