Yesterday was my going to test out the blood ozone treatment place & find out if they allow pets (they do) so today was taking the Mrs in to get treated

Next week we’ll all go as a family and both her and I will get the ozone blood

For me it was
- take blood out, run it through UV filter
- goes into a bag with anticoagulatn
- bag gets injected with O3 (ozone)
- shake it so it doesn't clot
- run it through a second UV filter on the way back in.

Essentially, it supercharges your blood so your body parts can do what they're supposed to do, but better.  It's like vitamins for your organs.

So.. Mrs wrote a lil update on her (& our) 4 year journey with toxic mold exposure that we’re still working through.. (hence the blood ozone treatments the last two days)

For those interested, curious, or looking to be happy they don’t have toxic mold exposure happily living a best life inside of oneself 😝
