I believe this is securities fraud when they say stuff like “TXC is your rocket to the moon.” and almost certainly have no SEC registration

even if you believe in Texit and want to financially speculate on it, this coin is very unlikely to actually be the official currency afterwards (it would probably need to already be granted this status by a Texas law or statute *today* to have any chance of becoming official after Texit), and the implication and advertising it as such is exactly why securities laws exist - fairly and knowledgably investing in the future of this asset is impossible without access to audited financials and open investor communications about the legal progress of the venture
