- preheat oven 450deg - 4-6 thick carrots - vegetable brush them off thoroughly - peel them - quarter lengthwise - cut in 1.5-2" pieces - put into bowl - add olive oil, salt, pepper, panko crumbs, and other seasonings to taste (lowry's, onion salt, garlic salt is my go-to) - toss liberally so every stick is covered - bake for 20-25min until slightly browned YUM
