Secondly, what happens when we take the time to pause & turn inwards? In our current hyper distraction filled timeline, it's easier to avoid the actual deep calling, wisdom, pain, agony, magic that is swirling inside of us, cast into the shadows, whispering in our nights, that there is a fuller experience longing to be lived, inside all of us.
There is, waiting for all of us, each present moment as an invitation to a greater fullness of life. This inbodied existence we find ourselves in. This mysterious gift of another heartbeat pushing oxygen through our personage & keeping these earthsuits trundling onwards.
An incredible thing happens when we pause... on purpose.
