Honestly, I thought the Pro badge was meant for the first 10k top users! But now itโ€™s clear that every account tier has it. So thereโ€™s really no difference between a high-level user and a low-level one. :)

It is a simple trick to those who think they can look smarter or professional or whatever just by buying a badge. Let them be happy and we regain our money someone said :)

It tells you who has $120 to put into a discretionary spent, and the 10k NFTs tell you who's paying attention and did it quickly. Definitely let's you find/discover an active/vetted user group. Will be useful for people who are wanting to potentially interact with a more higher signal group that is less likely to be bots & farmers Will definitely be curious to see how it plays out The longer form content & 4 pictures per post could also be interesting. Curious if they're goign to be all lumped at the end (probably) or able to be put in between text (unlikely lol)

Totally get your point, and I agree that paying for access and holding an NFT can serve as an initial signal of more committed users. But I think paying $120 doesnโ€™t necessarily reflect credibility or content quality โ€” just willingness to spend. Financial signals canโ€™t replace social or content-based signals. This model risks turning the platform into a pay-to-play environment, rather than an open, participatory space. Weโ€™ve seen with Twitter Blue how pay-for-verification can quickly erode user trust. Tools like NFTs or badges can be helpful, but only when combined with real systems for reputation, contribution, and content quality. Overall, the ideas are interesting and Iโ€™m curious to see how it develops, but I do think thereโ€™s still work to be done to balance accessibility with meaningful filtering. ๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ
