RIP Keurig (2020-2025)

gone are the days of pods and morning hassle

it’s now about a slow, intentional, and…grounding start to the day

To replace the Chemex.

Ultimately though all the coffee cultists are wrong. Cold brew is by far the *best* coffee since it just requires some special equipment anyone can buy for $20 on Amazon.

Its the smoothest coffee since the oils are never released from the beans so there's no bitter taste.

is that to replace the Chemex? Or an additional step to make the pour over better

Ser get an aeropress. Its a good balance between coffee cultism and "I just want to hit this and get on with my day."

i kinda suck at meditating but making pour over feels like the closest thing to it for me

Nice! Looks good. The special bit about Chemex is the bonded paper filters, you get an exceptionally clean cup with those.

i've only done it twice but the youtube video i watched told me to do 23g of beans and 400g of water and that gave me a perfect mug's worth

What's your go-to bean/water ratio? I dabble around 1:14.5 ☕️

I’m going back to the chemex after a year of Nesspresso. RIP cheap coffee.
