made this cast last night at the gate, then on my 2.5 hr flight sat there w a notebook
my thoughts:
- my strengths are writing + community
- need to think of TOC like a product
- start a paid sub tier, figure out value add
- get customer feedback, testimonials, etc.
May MRR goal: $5k
stretch goal: $7.5k
