Today at Developer Office Hours #39, 0G partner project Euclid Protocol showed a real working bridge and crosschain swap between @0g-labs Galileo V3 and other networks! 🐼☺️
What is @EuclidProtocol ?
Euclid is a new modular infrastructure for liquidity and crosschain communication. Simply put, it is a "universal bridge" that allows headache-free transfer and swap of tokens between different blockchains (EVM, Cosmos, Solana, etc.) through one platform, without the classic bridge risks.
How it works.
The trick of Euclid is its own Virtual Settlement Layer (VSL):
- All liquidity is "virtual" (no need to put assets in the bridge for them to "lie" there)
- User simply selects which tokens they want to swap and where, and gets them immediately on the target network
- No need for intermediate steps, multiple bridges, a bunch of manual confirmations
