I also had a sandwich today. Bare Bones Butcher might be the best lunch in /nashville. Cubano. Braised beef poboy. Beef fat fried potatoes.

The Cubano is my favorite sandwich of all time. I find it to be the superior sandwich of all ages, and it has a mystical property of salt, sweet and savory.
