Finally got to try Kimi K2 inside Claude code and had a great experience, seems they have fixed the t/s issue they previously had.

Session ended up costing 0.20$ vs 15$ that CC computed in equivalent API based cost from Anthropic.

One of today's sessions: 

Claude Code API Cost estimation  : $36.70
Kimi K2 API Cost : $0.50

I am running this inside Cursor to watch file changes and have agent with Sonnet 4 as a reviewer

That’s just how Kimi operates their costs, they are 80% cheaper

How did you manage to get such a huge cost difference? I'm frustrated with the high prices I'm paying for similar services. Any tips?
