My perfect morning I don't use an alarm clock. I leave the curtains open in the evening and wake up naturally. This solution eliminates unnecessary stress at the moment of waking up. The first hour of the morning is the most important. It's divided by the 20-20-20 principle: 20 minutes of warm-up I do basic exercises: squats, push-ups, abs. It helps me wake up, triggers dopamine production and gradually improves my fitness. In addition to warming up, I have also added running: it's hard so far, but I'm gradually getting into it.

Great plan for action! 1275 $degen thanks, I'll take it for myself too) but if I don't close the curtains, it will be light in my apartment because of the white nights)
