Healthy dessert in 5 minutes of preparation! A delicate curd and berry mousse without sugar (or with honey / substitute). Everything you need: ✨ Ingredients: any berries – 200 g (I have strawberries) gelatin – 10 g water – 100 g cottage cheese – 200 g yogurt – 100 g (or sour cream) sweetener (honey, sugar or substitute) – to taste Preparation: 1️⃣ Pour water over the gelatin and heat it in a water bath or in a microwave oven until it completely dissolves. 2️⃣ Divide the berries into half: cut one and set aside, put the other in a blender glass. 3️⃣ Add cottage cheese, yogurt, pour in "gelatin water" and sweetener. 4️⃣ Beat everything until smooth. 5️⃣ Mix the mixture with the chopped berries. 6️⃣ Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. It turns out to be a light, cool and very tasty dessert without extra calories!
