As part of a digital asset initiative, Texas State Representative has introduced legislation aimed at creating a strategic bitcoin reserve. The proposed bill, known as the Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act, would create a special fund in the state treasury to hold Bitcoin as a financial asset.
