There are whole swathes of crypto that feel nothing like the trenches.

Vibes in 2017 and pre-era were very different, and perhaps even the majority of crypto participants are still living in that era.

So it's no surprise to me that the EF doesn't reflect the degen culture 🤷

Nothing wrong with that imo, price = vibes on the short term but if all you have is price than the vibes evaporate in a bear and you're left with nothin'

That said, good to see EF depositing into Aave and using long term, proven tech built on their ecosystem.

Just a reminder that even during ICO days most of the focus was on building long term, real world use cases for blockchains & ETH, though I feel a lot of that was ultimately captured by the speculation side.

We didn't even know what financial nihilism was back then 😂
