I think there are specific mechanical changes that could be made

For example increasing the trading fee to creators but not giving them a % of initial supply

Or making it easier to stream yield or do subscriptions 

The fact that ppl reach for tokens immediately when thinking about protocols is a bit unfortunate

bro why didn’t they just make a bonding curve before deployment like it ain’t that deep - some shit shouldn’t be tradable and that’s OK
