More clarification on the digital asset bill that passed the assembly vote today in California: “AB 1052 also establishes a clear process for safeguarding unclaimed digital property, allowing lost Bitcoin and digital assets to be securely held in its native form rather than being liquidated into cash. This ensures that when users recover their assets, they will receive the full value of their digital property.”
