Galaxy Digital has received approval from the 🇺🇸 U.S. SEC to redomicile in Delaware, a critical step toward its planned listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange. The crypto investment firm aims to debut on Nasdaq under the ticker GLXY by mid-May, pending shareholder approval at a May 9 special meeting and final clearance from the 🍁 Toronto Stock Exchange, where it is currently listed.
