What are your thoughts on the copyright issues with this? Also, does the mint pull the image of the cast, or does it create a separately framed cast that is minted ? If it pulls the image/art itself, potentially large IP issues at play here..

It's a copyright issue at the very least. 'Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device."

Oh yes absolutely, but it gets a bit more complex when itβs integrated into an aggregated format Eg, if itβs pulling the image generator function from the wc button, then there is a Farcaster logo applied, which modified the underlying asset Still a copyright issue, but now a layered one
