In addition to the strikes on Iran being a convenient bandage to help heal Trump's wounded ego after his parade flop, if oil prices go up due to Iranian retaliation and market jitters then this is a gift on a silver platter to Trump's pal Putin as higher oil prices help fund the Russian war machine in Ukraine

In response, there is a proverb that Iran says whoever hits me, I will hit Israel. The funniest thing Trump said is that he attacked Iran and Israel became safer.
